   Dr. Simranjeet Singh Bains did her Masters degree in Economics from D.A.V. College, Jalandhar, affliated to Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar and Ph.D. in Economics from Punjab School of Economics, G.N.D.U. Amritsar on the topic ‘Public Expenditure on Police Services in Punjab – An Empirical Analysis (1984-2004). He has done Minor Project sponsored by U.G.C., New Delhi on “A comparative study of crime and public expenditure on police services in different states of India (2000-2010)” He has 20 years of teaching experience.
