Deepika Sharma, a student of Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar secured 3rd position in IVth Semester in University exams of MA-Political Science by getting 1317 marks out of 1600, whesreas Bablee Jha of the same class bagged distinction by getting 1270 marks, Balwinder Kaur with 1260 marks, Mandeep Kaur getting 1256 marks, Shailvi getting 1248 marks, Ritu Bala getting 1229 marks, Baljinder Kaur and Pooja with 1221 and 1207 marks respectively. This information was given in a press release by the Principal of the College Dr. Gurpinder Singh Samra. He also said that the College was committed to providing quality education to its students and it would ensure all possible help to the deserving and needy students. The President of the College Governing Council Sardarni Balbir Kaur congratulated the students and wished them success in life. Prof. Manpreet Kaur Head Department of Political Science, Prof. Harjit Singh and Prof. Ajitpal Singh were also present on this occasion.
