Our Shared Journey Forward

Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar, carries forward a proud legacy that began more than a hundred years ago. Established with the vision of empowering society through education, the college has grown across generations while remaining faithful to its founding ideals. Our purpose has always been clear: to provide an education that strengthens character, sharpens intellect, and prepares students to respond thoughtfully to the demands of a changing world. This purpose is actively realized through the academic and cultural life of our campus. Deeply rooted in the values of Punjab—discipline, courage, service, and community spirit—we blend tradition with contemporary learning practices. Well-equipped laboratories, digital learning platforms, and interactive academic spaces support innovation, research, and collaboration. This approach ensures learning that is relevant, ethical, and future-ready. The continued progress of the institution rests on shared commitment. The inspiring leadership of our late President, Sardar Balbir Singh, laid a strong foundation, which continues to be strengthened by the guidance of President Sardarni Balbir Kaur and the Governing Council. Equally vital to this journey are our dedicated faculty members, motivated students, distinguished alumni, and the sustained support of parents and the wider community. Together, they form a vibrant academic ecosystem committed to excellence.
I encourage our students to make full use of the opportunities available to them, to pursue learning with curiosity and integrity, and to draw inspiration from the achievements of our alumni who have contributed meaningfully across diverse fields. To all members of the Lyallpur Khalsa College family, I extend an invitation to continue working together with purpose and dedication. By honouring our legacy and embracing innovation, we can confidently shape a stronger and more promising future for our institution.

With warm regards,

Dr.  Rashpal Singh
